This ecosystem represents over a decade of independent research and proprietary development by Enoche Andrade. This website and the global ecosystem of the ITIM™ model are the exclusive intellectual property of Enoche Andrade and EADigital. All rights are reserved globally.

1. The ITIM™ Foundation & Trademark Registry

The Foundation: ITIM™ Foundation, ITIM™ Core Architecture, and the ITIM™ Strategic Canvas.
Platform & Framework Marks: ITIM™ (Integrated Transformation and Innovation Model), Innovating Beyond Limits™, AITA Framework™, and the AIRA Engine™.
Innovation Mechanics: Venture Verifier™, MVP Forge™, Innovation Terrain Analysis™, Innovate-Debt Inventory™, Shadow AI Scanner™, AICoLab™, and the Trend Radar™.
Strategic Power Words: Transformation Solvency™, Invisible Math™, Innovation Liquidity™, Debt-Synchronized Innovation™, Legacy-Aware Innovation™, and the Stability-Velocity Ratio™.
Professional Designations: Certified ITIM Architect™ (CIA), Certified ITIM Practitioner™ (CIP), and Certified ITIM Strategist™ (CIS).

2. Copyright & "Trade Dress" Protection

The ITIM™ framework is a non-functional, creative expression; the visual representation, recursive loops, and "Trade Dress" are proprietary selections of the author.

  • • Proprietary Visuals: The Technical Debt Score Scale, Strategic Canvas, and Innovation Solvency Matrix.
  • • Software UI: Visual data representations of the ITIM Control Tower™.
  • • Literary Property: Axioms such as: "You can’t build the future on a foundation you’re afraid to touch."

3. Trade Secrets & Patent-Pending Methodologies

Invisible Math™: Specific formulas used to calculate the ITIM Solvency Index (SI) and the Debt-to-Innovation Ratio (DIR) are not public domain. Access is restricted to licensed practitioners.

Systemic Architecture: Recursive loops within the AIRA Engine™ and data-aggregation architecture are subject to pending patent applications.

Benchmarking Rights: EADigital retains exclusive rights to the proprietary "Solvency Benchmarks" and data patterns.

4. Independent Development & Origins (Prior Art Defense)

The ITIM™ framework, including all quantitative metrics and logic, is the result of independent, private development spanning over ten years, created outside the scope of any prior third-party employment.

5. Impermissible Uses & Branding Restrictions

Naming & Registration: You may not use or register any ITIM™ trademark as part of your company, product, or domain name.
Logo Usage: Unauthorized use of the "ITIM™ Seal" is prohibited. Partners must use word-form references only.
No Derivative Works: Strict prohibition from adapting or building upon the ITIM™ architecture to create "new" frameworks.

6. Commercial Licensing & "Anti-Creep" Provisions

Commercial Nexus Clause Any revenue-generating context (consulting, workshops, or SaaS) requires a formal Global Licensing Agreement.
Site License Boundaries Corporate licenses are required for any internal deployment exceeding five (5) users.
