Credentials: You may not represent yourself as a Certified ITIM Architect™ (CIA), Strategist™ (CIS), or Practitioner™ (CIP) without a valid certification issued by EADigital.
2. Content and Intellectual Property
All materials—including text, images, the ITIM™ Foundation, the ITIM Strategic Canvas, and the Invisible Math™ logic—are the exclusive intellectual property of EADigital.
Limited License: We grant you a revocable license for personal, educational use only. You may not reuse or "spin" any content without prior written consent.
Trade Secrets: The quantitative logic (including the Solvency Index $SI$ and Debt-to-Innovation Ratio $DIR$) are protected Trade Secrets. Access is restricted to licensed partners.
3. User-Generated Content & AI Restrictions
AI Training Prohibition: You are strictly prohibited from using our website content, book excerpts, or proprietary logic to train, fine-tune, or prompt Large Language Models (LLMs) or AI systems to recreate or automate our methodologies.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
Services and materials (including the ITIM™ Framework) are offered “as is”. We do not guarantee that the application of the Invisible Math™ will guarantee specific financial or transformation outcomes.
